Synopsis

The story of a city by the sea facing unprecedented rising waters. When the sea finally recedes, it leaves behind strange creatures who claim to be the people of the seas. These mysterious beings then ask the city's inhabitants for asylum, creating an encounter between two worlds that were once separate.
